Sautéed #courgette with #lemon juice and #garlic
Carrot, apple and ginger juice. The prep and cleaning up time is about ten minutes. Drinking time about two seconds!
However, you do get a nice healthy glow when you’ve drunk it and everything is cleared away.
Simple to make. Just chop carrots, apples and ginger and feed them into a juice. I’d recommend putting the ginger in early on so that you can push it through with the chunkier carrots and apples.
For breakfast this morning I had light, fluffy scrambled eggs with a variety of mushrooms on toast. I ate at the Carluccio’s at the Pearl, Qatar. The food and drinks were delivered with a smile and the prices were reasonable.
I was given some discount vouchers on my way out, so I’ll be back soon to try out the main meals.
